OUR STORY - From the Beginning

 What happens when two friends share a love for cooking and Cajun culture? Baton Rouge residents, Jesse LeBlanc and Mark Normand decided to combine their knowledge, traditions passed down, and passion for food and founded Poppa Earle’s Cajun Seasoning Company in 2017. This company was born from the influences of both the Normand and Leblanc families whose roots can be found deep in the heart of “Cajun Country” originating along the banks of Bayou Lafourche. Growing up in South Louisiana Families that used what the land provided them to create their own meals, Mark and Jesse learned quite a bit about cooking Louisiana food, often known for its flavor.
 

When deciding on a first product, Mark and Jesse knew they wanted to create a seasoning that was full of great Louisiana flavor, wasn’t too salty, and could be used to season just about anything. From these initial thoughts and a year of experimenting, they created the perfect mixture and their first product “Pop’s Season All” was born. Pop’s Season All is the perfect blend of flavor and spice and can be used on anything from scrambled eggs to steaks and everything in between. It truly is a seasoning that can be used on EVERYTHING and adds just the right amount of flavor.
 

Poppa Earle’s is a new company, but they are quickly emerging as a customer favorite. Their product spent several weeks ranked #1 in new releases on Amazon.
